2. Professional Licensing All installation and refinishing work is performed under Florida License #C-10414. We are fully insured for residential and commercial flooring projects.

3. Accuracy of Information While we strive for accuracy in our online catalog, including brands like Parkay Floors XPL Organics, S&M Hardwood is not responsible for typographical errors regarding pricing or manufacturer specifications.

4. Estimates & Mobile Showroom

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of the in-home visit.
• Our 45-mile service radius is centered in Holiday, FL. Projects outside this area may be subject to additional travel fees.

5. Limitation of Liability S&M Hardwood is not liable for structural issues with subfloors that are not visible during the initial estimate. Any additional work required to level or repair subfloors will be handled via a written change order.
