Yes, carpet can be installed in basements as long as it is a moisture-resistant variety. We recommend discussing your options with one of our flooring experts.

Yes, but selection is key. We typically recommend Engineered Hardwood for Florida because its layered construction resists the "expanding and contracting" caused by our high humidity. Solid wood is beautiful but requires strict climate control to prevent buckling. Add an answer to this item.

Add a We recommend a Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) with at least a 22-mil wear layer. This provides the highest level of scratch resistance against claws and is 100% waterproof for any accidents. n answer to this item.

Most residential projects (800–1,200 sq. ft.) are completed in 3 to 5 days. This includes furniture moving, subfloor prep, installation, and our final "Gold Standard" cleanup.

A One of our biggest pride points is that every plank is laid by our own In-House Elite Floor Carpenters. We believe the "White Glove" standard can only be maintained by a team we train and trust. dd an answer to this item.

We advise against steam mops for all floor types we install. High heat and moisture can break down the adhesives in LVP and damage the finish or core of hardwood and laminates.  Steam Mops void your manufacturers warranties.

We recommend using a pH-neutral cleaner and a microfiber mop. For both hardwood and resilient surfaces, the industry standard we trust is Bona. dd an answer to this item. Pro Tip with Bona Floor care - Less is more.

For LVP, most minor scuffs can be buffed out with a specialized repair pen. For Hardwood, we recommend a professional touch-up kit. To prevent scratches, always use felt pads under furniture and avoid dragging heavy items across the surface.

Yes! We believe floors should be chosen in your home's unique lighting, not under warehouse LEDs. We bring large-format samples directly to your door so you can see exactly how the colors interact with your paint and furniture.

Absolutely. Waterproof (like our LVP) means the material itself cannot be damaged by water. Water-Resistant (like some Laminates) means the surface can handle spills for a short time, but standing water can eventually seep into the joints and cause swelling.  Our opinion is water resistant laminates are a gimmick , although were not supose to tell you that.

On Vinyl ,The wear layer is the clear top coating that protects the design of your floor. While big-box stores often sell 6-mil or 12-mil layers, our Gold Standard products feature 22-mil to 28-mil layers, providing double the protection against scratches and daily wear. For Hardwood it is different, the most important is the way hardwood is cut and the thickness. we suggest a 3 or 4mm sawn face over rotary and sliced peel. Under 2mm Veneers cannot be sanded.

We offer a range of products from High-Performance Laminates and LVP to Elite Hardwoods. Our Certified Sales Counselors work with you to balance durability needs with your budget. Remember, investing in a 22-mil wear layer or Engineered Hardwood often saves money in the long run by increasing your home's resale value and reducing the need for early replacement.
