I. INSTALLATION QUALITY CHECK

  • [ ] Transitions: All T-molds and thresholds are secure and flush.
  • [ ] Door Jambs: All door casings have been undercut for a seamless fit.
  • [ ] Baseboards/Trim: All moldings are nailed securely and mitered tightly.
  • [ ] Plank Layout: Pattern is balanced; no "H-joints" or gapping present.

II. APPLIANCE & FIXTURE VERIFICATION

  • [ ] Operational Status: All moved appliances (Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves) have been plugged back in and are confirmed fully operational.
  • [ ] Damage Inspection: Client has inspected all appliance panels and surrounding cabinetry; there is no visible damage (scratches, dents, or scuffs).
  • [ ] Leak Check: All water lines (Ice makers/Dishwashers) have been reconnected and checked. No visible leaks are present at the time of completion.

III. SITE RESTORATION

  • [ ] Clean-Up: All saws, trash, and scraps have been removed. Floor has been swept.
  • [ ] Furniture: All items returned to original position with felt pads applied.
  • [ ] Extra Material: Remaining full boxes of material have been left with the client.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

“I have walked the project with the lead installer and am 100% satisfied with the craftsmanship. I have personally verified that my appliances are working, leak-free, and undamaged. I understand that proper maintenance is required to uphold the S&M 2-Year Workmanship Warranty.”
