- Special Orders: All flooring collections (including XPL Organics, Parkay, Architect, and others) are considered Special Orders. There are NO returns, exchanges, or refunds on Special Order materials.
- Shipping & Freight: All shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.
- Labor: Fees for installation, demolition, or "White Glove" furniture moving are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
- Damaged Material: If material arrives damaged from the manufacturer, it must be noted on the delivery receipt immediately. We will work with the manufacturer to replace damaged planks per their specific warranty.
- Installed Material: Installation constitutes acceptance. Once a floor is nailed, glued, or clicked into place, it cannot be returned.
- All Orders paid via credit card require a DL that matches the card being used.

1. Service Area We provide local delivery and professional installation within a 45-mile radius of Holiday, FL. This includes all of Pinellas and Pasco Counties, and parts of Hillsborough and Hernando Counties.
2. Delivery Methods
- Mobile Showroom Delivery: We bring product samples directly to your home for selection.
- Job-Site Delivery: Once your special order material arrives at our local warehouse, we coordinate a professional delivery directly to your home or job site.
3. Shipping Costs
- Local Delivery Fee: A flat-rate delivery fee may apply to material-only orders.
- Installation Bundles: For most "Installed" projects, the cost of local delivery is included in your labor quote.
- Non-Refundable: As stated in our Return Policy, all shipping, freight, and delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Estimated Timeline
- Special Orders: Most collections (Parkay, XPL, etc.) take 5–10 business days to arrive at our local hub.
- Delivery Scheduling: Once material is received and inspected, we will contact you to schedule delivery or installation within 2–3 business days.
5. Out-of-Area Shipping At this time, we typically do not offer long-distance freight shipping outside of our 45-mile Florida service area.
